In order to comprehensively enhance the quality awareness of all employees and the enterprise cohesion, the Hidea’s "Quality month" launch ceremony was held in the golden autumn of October.
The theme of the quality month is "Respecting Customers and Quality First", and the slogan is "Do My Best ".The activities are diverse including launch ceremony, quality oath, quality knowledge training, coordinate inspection training, department action, full quality improvement rationalization, etc.
The launch ceremony was presided by the Chief engineering Ju Cheng. First of all, he introduced the basic situation and specific arrangement of the quality month activities; then, the heads of the departments (workshop) of quality, R & D, planning, workshop, procurement, logistics, finance, administration, sales and so on led the employees to take a solemn, passionate and firm quality oath.
Finally the general manager of the company made a summary speech. He asked all employees to establish five aspects of quality consciousness: customer consciousness, prevention consciousness, procedure consciousness, responsibility consciousness and cost consciousness.
